[App + Source Code] Hacker News Bot that upvotes and comments using ChatGPT - written in Golang + INCLUDING A 3 HOUR CONSULTATION WITH ME

I wrote Hacker News Agent (HNA) as a CLI application in Golang. It uses a proxy network to spoof its location. The configuration needs to provide hacker news user credentials for it to login. The app is launched by the target post id on hacker news to upvote and bots will be randomly selected to generate a comment (salted through the prompt) that the bot will then comment below the post.

THIS APPLICATION WAS DEVELOPED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH PURPOSES TO IDENTIFY THE EFFECTS OF BOT INTERACTION IN SOCIAL NETWORKS. IT WAS NEVER USED IN PRODUCTION AND THE PEOPLE INVOLVED WITH THE BOT AGREED TO THE INTERACTION.

THIS APPLICATION IS FOR RESEARCH AND EDUCATION. YOU CANNOT RUN IT IN PRODUCTION AND IT WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO RUN IT IN PRODUCTION.

This is a research project and you are not allowed to operate this bot in production. Just for the sake of it, no credentials are included. Neither to ChatGPT API nor to the proxy network.
